I don't know why everyone harps on people for bein stupid. Some of it is just mindless idiocy (like jackass), but this guy had real balls to flip off some random cop makin his rounds, stupid or not. It's a lot more mindful than mindlessly following social norms and etiquette that tell people not to do anything interesting.

actually clown the supreme court heard a case of this about 8 or 9 years ago. Officers have to be held to a higher standard. Though what happened in this video is funnier then crap. the station probably had to pay alot of money out for that beating.

Yes the supreme court did have a hearing over similar cases and justified that police have to get use to this treatment as they chose this job and this stuff is likely to happen in thier daily jobs and retaliation like this is not justified.
