Hey, my best friend Phil is doing that... It has a certain name... and it's not parkour.
It takes alot of torso stregnth for that.
Having some background in Gymnastics doesn't hurt either.

He is so AWESOME I saw some videos of this but what this guy´s well... WOW. About some of the videos I saw if they do the stunts they don´t run after the stunt so its a bit of boring and like evryone els sayed anyone scold on him is a LOSER and a ASSHOLE. Still what´s the title of the music played nice but extreme I like that.

this is a sport that is only been born in this century, first there were bikes, then skateboards, then rollerskates, now its noting.
All of them come to a good respect in the society, well at least to a certian point( i use to skateboard to) i truly hope this one comes to its glory too.
