One fast clip reload
Reloading a clip so fast you don't even see it go back into the gun.

It is called MAGAZINE, not a CLIP, despite what all the movies and video games say. A clip is a different piece of hardware.
All top level IPSC shooters can reload at or about this speed.

If you go to Fronsight Firearms Training Institute in Nevada, you learn that on the second day of the 4 day defensive handgun class.
Practice is what makes it possible.
