wow, ive been tryin that for years. one question, did they throw it against the ground cap first, or bottom first? and was is open or what?

You seal it fully, then throw it down cap first so the cap shatters. Good rocket.

So you put the mentos in the bottle top and then seal it as quickly as you can?

Pretty cool, the guys at mythbusters tried it once I think in an episode. But they were just slaming it on the ground on its side. (adam was the one doing it) But pretty nicve rocket you made. Im thinking about making one but then again 2 liter bottles of coke dont fall from the sky. two mentos you said? geeze. that would be pretty scary to have it come at you.
