That`s pretty slick...got me stumped.

Notice how the bills are placed face to face. In t he process of cutting them a pre applied adhesive bonds the 2 cut ends together. If you were to look at the bills seperatly, the left half serial # wo uld NOT! match the right half serial #. This would be true on both bills. In other words, the left h alf of one bill would match the right half of the other bill and like wise with the other bill.
