| That's just the cermonial guard made up of College students as a summer job. You should see the real troops. Respect Canadian military. Canada has a rather decent size professional military considering it's population. But what counts is they are some of the most higly trained soldiers in the world. .Fact. Also some of the most recognized and highly decorated by other countries let along by Canada itself. Basically for saving other country's troops or for valour in some action or other. Most recognized by the US I might point out. They presently are in the hotest spots in Afganistan and have taken severe causualties since they arrived. Higher than all other countries there because they are in the deep kicking Taliban butt on a daily basis not hiding at base camps in safe zones like some. Also the most trusted by the Afgan people themselves for humanitarian aid and rebuilding. Much respect for Canadian military. |
