I have a friend who feel off a ladder this way. He
was out of work 6 mpnths. Four surgeies to rebuil
d his shattered should, ankle and every bone in hi
s foot. He had to learn to walk again.

For anybody listening you should never have a ladd
er with that steep of an angle. The rung should re
ally never go past being perpendicular to the gro
und. You can stretch this a bit but not on what wa
s probably on a wet surface.
