This is actually incorrect. First, lightning spre
ads from the more positively charged place(ground)
up, not from the sky downward. As well, all those
branches wouldn't occur at that speed. If a came
ra were able to take this quick a picture, it woul
d be almost impossibly fast. Taking a single phot
o of lightning requires dozens, to hundreds of sho
ts a minute. Plus the tertiary effect, the repeti
tive lighting of already non-moving bolts wouldn't
occur, without a directionary movement of the bol
t. Still, a cool effect. Just fake
