Actually, this would be one hell of a military tac
tical training device! He should market this as an
independent contract. Obviously, automated fire a
s a ground force suppressant is, at the very least
, viable. Imagine a coumpound defended by just two
of these, attached to .50 cal machine guns?

Millitary wants to save bullets, and to be 99.99%
precise, and they want it to cost millions, using
a 20 million dollar processors, so you and me will
pay for it and there's a few millions left for th
eir pockets… Although if you are a politician/mili
tary relative you are all set!
I'm wondering why
there's none on sale yet!
HURRY UP!!, chinese man
ufacturers make one of these just by watching your
video. It will not be as good as yours, it will b
e 99% marketing and 1% quality, probably a toy shu
tting randomly, so… start manufacturing it as it i
s!
An email to chinese manufacturers or cnbc will
do it now!!

Oh, out-of-sync happens when your cam is set to &a
mp;quot;save frames when no motion detected&qu
ot; or similar. Try converting your video with som
e app. If it takes one second, it wasn't converted
but re-encapsulated (like header chanage only).
Once the video have constant 30fps (or any other
number) it will be taken correctly.
